Tom Mc Nicholas is the Managing Director. Tom has over forty years’ experience working within the Irish and UK Construction Industries. Involved in all aspects of the business, Tom takes a leading role in risk assessment, planning, implementation, construction and completion protocol for all projects.
Brian Mc Nicholas is the Commercial Director. Brian is highly qualified, holding a (BSc) Degree in Quantity Surveying and is currently completing a Masters (LLM/MSc) in Construction Law and Arbitration. He has considerable experience within the Irish, United Arab Emirates and Qatari construction industries, having worked with consultants and principle contractors on multi-billion dollar projects. Brian’s role within the company includes business development, marketing, tendering and procurement, client interface, subcontract management, contract management and commercial management.
Marie Mc Nicholas is the Financial Director. Marie has over twenty years’ experience working within the Irish construction industry. Her role within the company includes all accounting and financial aspects of the business; she ensures an outstanding creditor and subcontractor relationship by ensuring payments are made on time.
